RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS (non-warranty)
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unused merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned for a refund or replacement without a warranty claim being processed. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Scratches and/or scuffs will void any refunds. A restocking fee may apply. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.
Please allow 10 to 14 days for the processing of your return.
Need to check on your order?
You can use this tool to check on your order. You must fill out (answer) all of the fields. You must allow popups for our website if you are going to track your shipment. If you are logged into your existing Cords of Steel customer account, visit "My Account" and look under "My Orders" to review your order status. There will be 3 tabs to look over; "Items Ordered", "Invoices", "Order Shipments".
- Choose "Email" or "Zip Code" from the Find Order By drop down. NOTE:This will be filled in later
- Enter your Order ID. Your order id must include all 9 digits of your order number (EX: 000000001). You should have recieved this in the email address used when placing your order.
- Enter the Billing Last Name on the order. The last name needs to be the same as the last name you used in your payment information.
- Enter "Email" or "Zip Code" (selected above). You must include either the email you placed your order under, or the zip code ( last 5 digits) you are sending the cord to.
