We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unused merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned for a refund or replacement without a warranty claim being processed. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Scratches and/or scuffs will void any refunds. A restocking fee may apply. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.

If you are logged into your existing Cords of Steel customer account, visit “My Account” and look under “My Orders” to review your order status. There will be 3 tabs to look over; “Items Ordered”, “Invoices”, “Order Shipments”.
